With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clementine Birdsong Hill of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on September 19, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Birdsong and Mattie Macklin-Birdsong; her siblings, Robert L. Birdsong, Richard Birdsong III, Alfred Birdsong, James A. Birdsong and Mary A. Birdsong; and her siblings-in-law, Jean E Webber and Willie Webber.
She is survived by: her husband Postell Hill Jr. of Memphis, TN.; her children, Vicki M. Collins (Sammie) of Bremerton, WA., Veronica K. Gray (Robert) of Memphis, TN. and Timothy Hill (Shavone) of Oakland, TN.; her stepchildren, Betty J. Scott (Eddie) of Memphis, TN., Roy L. Shelton Sr. (Hattie) of Memphis, TN. and James Hill Jr. of Oakland, TN; and her brother George W. Birdsong Sr. of Oakland, CA. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Due to the COVID protocols, guests are required to wear masks and observe social distancing during both services.
