It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Riley in Memphis, Tennessee, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on June 23, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Riley and Lavada Riley; his wife Bessie Riley; and his siblings, Jerry Riley, Linda Miller and Peggy Harris.

He is survived by: his sister Vickie Blevins (Ricky) of Glen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
