He was predeceased by: his siblings, Johnny Mazzone and Delores Leffew. He is survived by: his wife Sally Smith Mazzone; his children, Mark Mazzone (Heather) and Holly Mazzone Grace (Mason); and his grandchildren, Liza Grace, Mason Grace and Malachi Mazzone.
