In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ceylon Bryan leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Ceylon Bryan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Blackwell, and Ceylon Blackwell, Sr.; and his brothers, George Kerns and Michael Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, Ceylon, III (Staci) and Greer Elkus (Mark); and his grandchildren, Jack, Lily Blackwell, Isabel, Eleanor and Mary Richard Elkus.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (190 Adams Ave, Memphis, TN 38103-1922). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
