He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mattie Jones (Watson) and Carl Shealy Sr.; his wife Estene Shealy; and his children, Edward B. Shealy, Perry L. Shealy (Bettye), Anthony R. Shealy (Leah), Teresa A. Richmond (Andrew) and Rita L. Hollins. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
