She was predeceased by: her grandson Cole Harrison Smith. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd S. Adams, III; her daughters, Anne Hill (Sommerville) and Catherine Smith (Alan); and her grandsons, Adams Hill and Clayton Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to St. Mary's Episcopal Cathedral or National Foundation for Transplants.
