It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brucine Owen in Memphis, Tennessee, born in West Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Slaughter and Bruce Slaughter; and her grandson Austin Owen. She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Owen (Judy) and Mark Owen (Tricia); her grandchildren, Rebecca Owen Jones, Ashley Owen Attard and Wesley Owen; her great grandchildren, Caroline Jones, Ava Jones and Sawyer Attard; her sister Ann Smith; her niece Lucinda McDaniel (Mike); and her nephew Brad Smith.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119).
