He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Lori Speer (Keith) of Ellsworth, KS, Bruce Bickerstaff II (Alyssa) of Millington, TN, Brian Christopher Bickerstaff of California, Brandi Reed (Tommy) of Drummonds, TN and Brooke Cox (Charles) of New Llano, LA.; his in-laws, Joey James, Yvonne, Cecil Martin, Joyce Moore, Carol Dixon and Ron Jackson; and his cousin Gary Funk. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Forest Hill East (2440 Whitten Rd, Memphis, TN 38133). The military honors was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery (3910 Harrisburg Rd, Jonesboro, AR 72404).
In place of flowers, the family would welcome contributions to the American Diabetes Association or a charity of choice.
