He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Eugene and Fredna E. Counce. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Counce; and his children, Martha Kelly, James Counce (Karla) and Bobby Counce. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
