She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kenneth Pettit and Janette Baker Russell. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Whitaker of Memphis, TN; her sons, Timothy Bouler (Jessica) of Somerville, TN, Brian (Shella) and Kevin Bouler (Elizabeth) of Huntsville, AL; her stepdaughters, Michelle Bell of Lakeland, TN and Christin Coleman (Louis) of St. Louis, MO; and her siblings, Theresa "Tee" Pomrenke (Lou) of Tupelo, MS and James Pettit (Patti) of Woodland, MS. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Houston Funeral Home (443 S Jackson St, Houston, MS 38851). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
