She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer H. Stotts and Clara Stotts Heathcock; her husband Dr. Jack W. Hoelscher; her children, Anne Hoelscher Meggs, Robert Julian Hoelscher II and Holli Hoelscher Simon; and her sister Wanda Stotts Stephens.
She is survived by: her brothers, Jimmy Stotts (Mickey) and Bobby Stotts (Bonnie); her son-in-law Jonathan Simon; her grandchildren, Sarah Simon, Ann Everett Simon, Timothy Meggs (Marleigh), Michael Meggs and Andrew Meggs; and her great grandchildren, Liam Meggs and Laileigh Meggs.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Breast Cancer Foundation, Church Health Center, or to a charity of your choice.
