She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Greene and Etta Greene; and her siblings, Elfie Smithers, Lucy Wilson, Mary Anne Beshears, Lessie Gay Johnson, Clyde Greene, Raymond Greene and Alvin Greene.

She is survived by: her children, Helen Horton, Patricia Horton (Jamie Cubine) and Jim Horton; and her grandchildren, Eric Hawkins and Anastasia Horton.
