He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Henry; his son Mike Balch; and his sister Nancy Ewton. He is survived by: his parent Mamie Roberts Balch; his son Paul Balch of West Liberty, KY; his daughter-in-law Kathy Sagely Balch of Tishomingo, MS; his sisters, Earl Surber of Tylertown, MS and Ann Geraldine Farrell of Tylertown, MS; and his brother-in-law Johnny Ewton of Rome, GA.. He is also survived by two granddaughters & their spouses, Kimberly & Skyler Gammill of Corinth, MS and Amanda & Jonathan Luster of Tishomingo, MS; three great grandchildren.
