She is survived by: her parents, Amanda Burk, and Timothy Burk, Sr.; her husband Jeremy Thomas; her children, Riley Jo Thomas, Rhett Thomas, Houston Thomas and Hartley Rae Thomas; her brother Timothy Marcus Burk, Jr. (Elizabeth); and her grandmother Martha Willene Davis.

Memorials may be made to Hickory Withe First Baptist Church in Eads, Tennessee.
