He was predeceased by: his father Howard Disney; his wife Genevieve Disney; his daughter Patti Disney Ray; and his siblings, Billie Dellinger and Ronald Disney.

He is survived by: his children, Denise Disney, Terri Jones (Danny), Cheryl Pellegra (Mike) and Mike Disney; his grandchildren, Shannon Pavesic (Pete), David Padgett, Jennifer McMurry (Jamie), Natalie Yarbro (Chuck), Erica Daniel (Nick), Nathan Pellegra (Amy), Lindsey Dyer (Ricky), Luke Pellegra (Brynn), Rebekah Disney, Dale Disney, Jessica Roberts (Josh) and Matt Ray; and his great great grandchild Wesleigh Kaye. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
