She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Woods and Eva Woods; her husband Thomas Jenkins; and her sisters, Betty Taylor and Edith Smart.
She is survived by: her sister Charlene Williams; her son Philip Jenkins; and her daughter-in-law Janet. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Fireside Chapel (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Pete & Sam's (3886 Park Ave, Memphis, TN 38111).
