She was predeceased by: her husband Albert F. Wells, Sr.; her grandchild Ryan; her parents, Thomas Brew and Mary Ann Hostettler; and her sisters, Mary Katherine Reese and Regina Hostettler.
She is survived by: her children, Al Wells, Jr., Mary Ann Bentley (David), Lillian Eaves (Richard), Patricia Burns (Lon), Julia Upton (Andy) and Kathy Paryzek (Chip); her grandchildren, Dustin Wells (Megan), Seth Bentley, Garth Bentley, Nathan Bentley, Erich Eaves (Abby), Mark Eaves (Ashley), Catherine Eaves (Lee Sang Min), Emily Zisson (Alex), Lonnie Burns (late Gizele), Philip Burns (Kristin), Drew Upton and Katryn Paryzek; her close friend Jack Beasley (Lisa); and her great grandchildren, Harrison Wells, Holden Wells, Dylan Wells, Jorden Wells, Oliveah Wells McClay, Trace Bentley, Aubrey Eaves, Lilly Eaves, Andrey Oliveria, Ariana Burns, Sullivan Burns and Charlie Burns.
