She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jefferson Collins and Wilma Alline "Tiny" Tims Collins; her husband Lave Woodrow Dulin; her children, Steve Dulin and Susie Dulin Talley; and her siblings, Docia Collins, Wilma Collins King, Estelle Collins Pirtle and Donald Ray Collins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda West (Steve) and Freda Robinson (Sam); and her siblings, Frank Collins, Jr. (Barbara), Harry Collins (Jonie), Mildred Collins King, Susie Collins Odom (Buddy), Betty Collins Fitzwater, June Collins Martin (Gary) and Kathy Collins Flake (Jimmy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Maple Springs Baptist Church cemetery.
