He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Britt and Winifred C. Britt (Fielder); and his brothers, Dennis and David Britt. He is survived by: his wife WenSu Zhang Britt; his children, James Britt and Virginia Barning (Glenn); his stepdaughter Zihan Sun; his sister Deanna Parrish (Andrew); and his granddaughters, Lydia and Mary.
