He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Foos Sr. and Jane Baird; and his grandson Austin Parker Foos. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Foos; his sons, William John Foos III (Mandi) and Jason Michael Foos (Danielle); his grandchildren, Peyton Foos, Brianna and Victoria Sowell; his sister Helen Jarvis (Mike); and his sister-in-law Vicki Raines. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
