He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Dewitt Mills and Doriene Vineyard Mills; his son Aaron Robert Mills; and his brother Gerald Mills. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Mills of Milan; his children, Brian Mills (Chemae) of Washington, Jonathan Mills of Milan, P. J, Noah Mills of Milan, Rodney Vaughn (Brandi) of Millington, Talmadge Steven Mills, Jr. (Anjanette) of Tuscon, Arizona, Rhonda Livingston of Cordova, Veronica Mills of Milan and Tabby Edgin of Reagan; and his brother Dennis Mills of Pinellas Park, Florida. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
