She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Parrish and Hautie Davidson Parrish; her husband Wendell Foutch; her siblings, Billy Parrish, Jean Cotton and Corrine Wehner; and her great grandchild Ellie Foutch.
She is survived by: her children, Joey Foutch (Pam) and Jackie Smith; her grandchildren, Chad Foutch (Kelia), Rachel Peltz (Jacob) and Drew Smith (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Layleigh and Lylah Foutch.
