He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hall McNeil, Sr. and Margaret Parrish McNeil. He is survived by: his son Zach McNeil (Amanda) of Lexington, Tennessee; his sisters, Debbie Stewart (Randy) of Jackson, Mona Jordan of Augusta and Laura Alexander of Medina, Tennessee; his nephews, Greg Stewart and Sam Alexander; his niece Amber Jordan; his grandchildren, Dylan Alford and Kori McNeil; and his great grandchildren, Conley, Taylor and Isabella.
