He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Holladay and Mary Tines Holladay. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Murphree Holladay of Medina, Tennessee; his daughter Amber Sanders (Chip) of Medina; his stepdaughter Linzy Witherspoon of Maine; his brothers, Bobby Holladay of Cedar Grove and Stevie Holladay of Cedar Grove, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Brice Browning, Jace Browning and Madison Sanders.
