She is survived by: her parents, Larry Milligan and Janice Milligan (Williams); her husband Ralph Paul Frazier; her children, Logan Cammarata (Gracie), Will Frazier (Ashley) and Ashley Williams (Matthew); her siblings, Doyle Milligan (Debbie), Judi Utter (Roger) and Monica Nelson (Rusty); and her grandchildren, Holdynn Frazier, Ryan Frazier, Gracie Williams, Matt Williams and Holly Williams.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home (303 E Church Ave, Medina, TN 38355). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
