He was predeceased by: his father G. W. "Dub" Pickard; his wife Evelyn Barnes Pickard; his sisters, Della "Dinky" Campbell and Bettye Duncan; and his granddaughters, Alana and Jennifer Hudson.
He is survived by: his mother Thelma Brisintine Pickard; his children, Jerry D. Pickard (Cecilly), Jeri Anne Dowdy (Allen), Melony Hudson (Robert), Ruby Clare (Bill) and Christy Sheller (Andy); his sisters, Paula Powers (Clayton), Becky Pickard (Mark) and Emily Dunn (Kirk); and his grandchildren, Kayne, Danner, Wyatt, Ashley, Jesse, Cody, Angelica and Brooklyn. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home (303 E Church Ave, Medina, TN 38355). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carroll Memorial Gardens (19400 TN-22, McKenzie, TN 38201).
