He is survived by: his wife Linda Darlene Mathis Neal; his children, Jamie Neal (Michele), Angela Hinson (Rory), Jennifer Carnal (Clint) and Bethany Neal; his sisters, Christine Archie (Paul) and Stella Ruth Bennett; and his grandchildren, Julia, Jackson Neal, Mia Robinson (Brayden), Drew Hinson, Destiny Day (William), Alli, Luke Paschall, Nina Carnal, Jacob and Sydney Pennington.
