He was predeceased by: his parents, James Happle Davidson and Willie Lewis Anderson Davidson; his wife Helen Maurine Davidson; and his brother James Lewis Davidson. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Moore; his grandchildren, Casey Moore (Jeni), Cory Moore and Chad Moore (Lindsay); and his great grandchildren, Bryant Moore, Jaclyn Moore, Dustin Moore, Charlotte Moore and Caroline Moore.
