He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank B. Bogan, Sr. and Sarah Lula Sing; and his grandchild Ainsley Penney. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bogan; his daughters, Jamie Suzanne Bogan, Andrea Penney (Kendall) and Tara Douglas (Kris); his siblings, Betty Emmons, Nancy Thomson and Ralph Bogan; his grandchildren, Kendra Barry, Emily Lawson, Meredith Brown, Will Penney and Peyton Douglas; and his great grandchild Kell Cooke.
