She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Spencer and Dulcie Cotton Spencer; her husband Billy Barnes; and her siblings, Bluford, J. B. Spencer, Louise Luffman and Betty Jo Replogle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Wilson (Jimmy) and Lori Owrey (Herb); her siblings, Tera Spencer (Peggy) and Cornelia Cagle; her grandchildren, Kristin Lay (Tyler), Evan Owrey, Lisa Wilson (Allison), Jill Wolfe (Brian) and J. R. Wilson (L. A.); her great grandchildren, Kelli Lay, Jen Cooper (Dustin), Juliana Wolfe, James Wilson, William Wilson and Shoaf Williams; and her great great grandchild Rocky Cooper.
She also worked with Medina's American Cancer Society Unit.
