She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Rose and Melvi Rose (Autry); her husband Thomas Allen, Sr.; her son Tommy Capps; her siblings, Ruth Apple, Ovlien Caviness, Hazel King, Willard Rose, Harold Rose, Alton Rose, Cecil Rose and Thurmond Rose; and her grandchildren, Seth Allen and Holly Childress.
She is survived by: her children, Monica "Bud" Evens of Dyersburg, TN, Marty "Mary" Capps of Medina, TN and David "Christy" Capps of Oklahoma City, OK.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seventeen great- grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Halls Funeral Home (109 N Church St, Halls, TN 38040). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
