He is survived by: his wife Pam Peevyhouse Allen; his children, Greg Allen (Amy) of Milan, Nicole Melugin (Jason) of Medina, Jason Allen (Cindy) of Milan, Vanessa Jackson (Travis) of Lexington, Shane Powell of Lexington and Emily Clark (Wesley) of Dyer, Tennessee.; and his sisters, Pam Maitland and Michelle Ouelette. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild.
