It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Palmer of Medina, Tennessee, born in Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kirkman and Florence Kirkman; her husband William E. Palmer; her son William E. Blotter; and her siblings, Bobbie Kirkman, Kathleen Kirkman and Phyllis Hughes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Shadwick of Missouri, Carolyn Whitcomb (David) of Kansas and Sonja Asher (David) of Sparta, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Heather Rodgers (Rick) of Baldwin, Loretta Ubal (Bence) of Medina, Jesse Asher of Sparta, Kayla Palmer of Sparta, Kevin Asher of Maine, Dylan Asher of Sparta, Angela Black (Seth) of Kansas, Shaney Dietrich (Tim) of Kansas and Sandra Whitcomb-DeTar (Joseph) of Kansas. She is also survived by many great grandchildren; and one great great grand daughter.
