He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Woods, Sr. and Violet Weese Woods; and his brother Larry Woods. He is survived by: his wife Delores Young Woods of Bradford, Tennessee; his sons, Robert Woods (Kimberly) of Arkansas and Benjamin Franklin Woods, III of Bradford, Tennessee; and his siblings, Duane Woods of Iowa, Verla Colther of Iowa, Helen Lawrence of Iowa and Patricia Hingley of Iowa. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
