He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie Mullican and Thomas Mullican; his brother Jim Mullican; and his granddaughter Annabelle Mullican. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Byassee Mullican of McMinnville; his children, Dodd Mullican of Birmingham and Will Mullican of Spring Hill; his siblings, Mike Mullican and Marion Marks; his sister-in-law Patricia Mullican; his nieces and nephews, Kari Maloney, Diane Marks, Patrick, Ryan, Josh Mullican, Michael and Thomas Marks; his grandchild Burke Mullican; and his daughter-in-law April Mullican.
