He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dale Parsley and Martha Frances Driver Parsley; his aunt Modena Driver; and his brother Jerry Delbert Parsley. He is survived by: his sons, William Robert Parsley, Garrett Parsley and Joey Parsley; his brother Jeff Parsley; and his grandchildren, William Robert Parsley, Jr. (Danna), Morgan Tanae Jones (Cody), Taylor Breanne Beavers (Jonathan), Emma Faith Parsley and Ashlyn Grey Newby. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, and many cousins.
