He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Fields (Richard) of North Carolina and Saundie Coombs (Rick) of Hartsville, TN; his stepchildren, Janet Ingle (Bill) of Knoxville, TN, Sheila Turner (John) of Morristown, TN, Howard James Wilson, Jr. (Kelly) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Annette Wilson (George) of Lebanon, TN, Ira Thomas, Jr. (Spring) of Hermitage, TN and Mike Thomas of Murfreesboro, TN; and his siblings, Randy Rains (Jayne), Russell Rains (Denise) of Muncie, IN, Lenore Rains, Becky Kerr and Susie Richards (Arthur) of Muncie, IN. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
