He is survived by: his wife Renee Lance of McMinnville; his sons, Shane Whitman (Alexis) of McMinnville and Brandon Whitman (Bobbie Jo) of McMinnville; his grandchildren, Eden Whitman, Braxton, Lilly and Karson Whitman; his siblings, Ricky Lynn Newby, Chris Lance (Pam), Clayton Lance, Lee Ann Small, Gina Lance and Troy Lance; his siblings-in-law, Nathan Davis (Jennifer) of Cookeville, TN and Michelle Kirby of McMinnville; and his parents-in-law, Don and Susan Davis of Rock Island, TN.
