She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Holt and Ida Holt; her husband Richard "Jack" Duggin; her siblings, Inez Burch, Evelyn Roark, Aradelle Jones, Galuia Neal, W. D. Holt, James Holt, Clayton Holt and Clarence Holt; her grandson Garrett Duggin; and her stepgrandson R. C. Merriman.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Merriman (Doug) of McMinnville, Jill Simmons (Billy) of Rock Island, TN, Ricky Duggin (Freda) and Gary Randall Duggin (Rhonda) of McMinnville; and her siblings, Ponzelle Usrey of Doyle, TN and Morris Holt (Wanda) of McMinnville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
