Stephen Randell Butcher Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen Randell Butcher of McMinnville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Stephen Randell may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Stephen Randell touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Butcher and Evelyn Jean Rhea Butcher; and his wife Lesa Fay Taylor. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Butcher (Christina) of McMinnville and Travis Butcher (Tiffani) of McMinnville; and his siblings, Ricky Butcher (Sally) of McMinnville, Freddie Butcher of McMinnville, Bruce Butcher (Barbara) of McMinnville, Debbie Butcher of McMinnville and Teresa Mullins (Randy) of McMinnville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
