She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Woodrow and Coleen Maggart Adcock (Bobby Ray Stevens); her daughter Debbie Webb; her grandson Cory Webb; and her brothers, Tommy Adcock and Garry Dale Adcock.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Ann Chavez; her sister Pam Pack (Leroy); and her grandchildren, Tabitha Holman, Tai Tate, Eric Watson, Tosha Webb, Josh Webb and Matt Webb. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
