He was predeceased by: his wife Nell Ruth Mullican Chisam; his son Richard Chisam; his grandson Brandon Hill; his brothers, Anthony Chisam, Hamilton Chisam, Atheron Nelson Chisam and Telson Chisam; his father George; and his grandmother Crocker Chisam.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Carol (Derrick Garcia) of Hendersonville and Phyllis Chisam of Manchester.
