He is survived by: his wife Judy Thomison Kelsey; his children, Valerie Kelsey Wells and Regan (Jenny Kelsey); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Kelsey Fults (Christopher), Peyton Kelsey Bartlett (Bryan), Walker Kelsey (Kelsey Fults), Charis Wells Johnson (Andrew) and Douglas Wells (Bailey Vickers); his great grandchildren, Lincoln Fults, Briar, Banks Bartlett, James and Eli Johnson; his siblings, Barbara Elrod, Phyllis Barns (Jerry) and Cambell Kelsey; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Kelsey Bouldin and Janice Kelsey; and his stepsisters, Charlotte Helton (Ronnie), Carolyn Youngblood (Billy Joe) and Caresse Nokes (Ronnie). He is also survived by Many cousins, special nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
