He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eugene Jr., Herman Jr., Blotcher Jr., Willie H. Kirby, Jr., Pauline Campbell, Alene Hattaway and Mildred Reed; his brother-in-law Gene Allison; and his niece Lesa Tubb.
He is survived by: his son Mark Kirby of McMinnville; his granddaughters, Brittany Kirby, Jessie Hillis of McMinnville and Ashli; his great grandchildren, Jackson Kirby, Allie Newby and Aubrey Cantrell; his daughter-in-law Ann Kirby of McMinnville; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Tubb of McMinnville, Carolyn Tubb of McMinnville, Sue Allison of McMinnville, Marlin Tubb, Georgia Tubb of McMinnville and Marilyn Kirby of Austin, TX; and also, Christie Allison and Brad Allison (Christy). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
