She was predeceased by: her former husband Sam Kuykendall; her parents, Nathaniel Sims and Etta Rose Sims; and her siblings, Mary Louise Shull of Ashville, NC, Bobby G. Sims of Jonesborough, TN, Roy Sims of Elizabethton, TN. and Jack Sims of Elizabethton, TN..
She is survived by: her son Mark Kuykendall (Libby) of McMinnville; her grandchildren, Noah, Allie Shaye, Heath and Eli Kuykendall; her siblings-in-law, James Kuykendall (Janet) of Cookeville and Patsy Sims of Jonesborough; and her husband Kuykendall Nursery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers we ask donations be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, McMinnville Meals on Wheels or Central Church of Christ Youth program.
