Noel Pepper Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Noel Pepper of McMinnville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Estil and Wilma Louise Wiseman Pepper. He is survived by: his children, Brad Pepper (Teresa) of Morrison, TN, Lisa Norris (Jason) of McMinnville, Leslie Carter (Chad) of Rock Island, TN and Lori Pepper of McMinnville; his stepsons, Jeff Rhea (Denice) of McMinnville and David Rhea of Aylett, VA; his brother Darrell Pepper of Lebanon, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Hibdon (Jan) and Phyllis Hibdon (Michael Egar). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels.
