It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Elizabeth Tate of McMinnville, Tennessee, who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clyde and Annie Alice Smith (Edward Bert Tate); her sons, Dwaine Tate and Miles Tate; and her siblings, Glenn Smith, Paul Smith, James Smith, Jerry Smith, Mary Knight and Virgie Bishop.

She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Carol Davis, Hope Renee and Phyllis Cheryl Hobbs (Jeff); and her daughters-in-law, Tami Tate and Melinda Tate. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and several great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and family friends.
