He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin, Jr. Crouch and Geneva Willene Patrick Crouch. He is survived by: his brothers, Tim Crouch (Tonya), Jeff Crouch (Melissa) and Randy Crouch (Liz); his nieces and nephews, Keirsten Crouch Durham, Gracie Crouch, Kamus Hunter Crouch, Bailee Crouch, Wesley, Breana Coppinger, Sam, Dee Boles, Addison Grace Boles, Michael Boles, Cooper Coppinger, Annie Sophia Coppinger, Lizzy Coppinger and Poppy Rei Pipper Coppinger; and his cousin Darren Pack. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Armor of Light Motor Ministry for their Toy Drive Ministry.
