He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Mullins (Tara) of McMinnville and Joshua Mullins (Christi) of McMinnville; his stepchildren, Drew McDowell of North Carolina and Ginger Martin; his grandchildren, Averly Mullins, Parker Mullins and Carmen Mullins; his siblings, Brenda Deaton Russell of McMinnville, Carolyn Stotts (Gary) of Viola, TN and Jack Mullins (Patsy) of Bone Cave, TN; his sisters-in-law, Dawn Myers and Sharon Reed (Rusty); his nieces and nephews, Tena Deaton, Carrie Stotts-Throneberry, Jesse, Chad Mullins, Penny King, Kali Myers, Betsy White, David Reed (Candida), Donna Reed, Josh Reed (Danielle) and Jamie Gilliam; and his close friends, Rosemary Jane Saylors and Tim Prater (Martha). He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; numerous cousins and other family members.
