He is survived by: his mother Ruth Lea Talbott Rogers of McMinnville; his son Timothy Wayne; his daughter-in-law Jessica Rogers of Rochester, NY; his daughter Brandi Natasha; his son-in-law Scottie Garing of McMinnville; his grandchildren, Mia Rogers, Aiden Rogers of Rochester, NY, Cydnie Looper (Seth) of McMinnville, Dylan West of McMinnville, Gracelyn of McMinnville and Trace Garing of McMinnville; and his brothers, Jimmy of McMinnville and Randy Rogers of McMinnville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
